1. Introduction 

Amira Health Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Amira,” “we,”, “us”, or “our”) is reinventing the way women experience menopause by providing relief for sleep disruption hot flashes. We provide a solution for women to monitor their sleep to alleviate the associated symptoms of menopause. Amira has developed a Cooling Hub that regulates women’s body temperature as they experience disruptive hot flashes due to menopause while they are sleeping. Amira has also developed a wearable device that monitors a woman’s sleep cycle.

At Amira we strive to protect the privacy and safety of your personal information, which identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with your use of a Product or Services (“Personal Information”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a part of our Terms of Service and outlines our practices for collecting, using, storing, protecting, and disclosing Personal Information. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.

By opting in to our SMS marketing services, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from Amira at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Program Description: By subscribing to Amira's SMS marketing program, you will receive messages regarding promotions, updates, and other marketing content related to our products and services.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After sending the SMS message STOP to us, you will receive one more message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by opting in again.

We may share your Personal Information for the purposes outlined below, which includes the Personal Information disclosed to us within the last 12 months from the date of this Policy. We do not sell any Personal Information.

Specifically, if you exercise your rights, we will not deny you access to our Website and/or Services, charge you different prices or rates for Activity Partner Offerings or other Services or provide you a different level or quality of Services. Although we do not discriminate against anyone who opts to exercise his or her privacy rights and choices, please note that it may be impossible to provide Services to you without certain Personal Information due to the nature of our Services (i.e., social network).

If you are submitting a request on behalf of a minor, please specify so.
